Refund Guidelines
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
Membership
Cancellations received within seven (7) days of payment are eligible for a full refund less $70 service fee.
Cancellations received after seven (7) days will not be eligible for a refund.
Workshop & Conference Registration
Cancellations received up to two (2) weeks prior to the event will be eligible to receive a full refund less $70 service fee.
Full or partial refunds after this deadline may be considered due to exceptional circumstances. Approval is at the discretion of ANZAED.
*Exceptional circumstances may include serious illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen events, and must be supported by appropriate documentation.
No refunds will be provided for partial attendance at workshops or conferences.
Failure to attend an event (no-show) without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time prior to the event for a $30 service fee. Transfers must be requested in writing and confirmed by ANZAED.
CANCELLATION BY ANZAED
ANZAED retains the right to cancel any registration, membership or payment. In such circumstances, payments will generally be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated (e.g. where an alternative arrangement or credit is offered).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Participant cancellations will be accepted via e-mail to [email protected] must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All benefits received by participants must be cancelled/returned to ANZAED.
- Conference rates may need to be adjusted subsequent to changes in membership status, and any additional conference registration fee will need to be paid, or the conference registration will be cancelled.
Note that all refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
